Ordering Information:

You can place an order in two ways, either online using the shopping cart and pay by Paypal, or by email and pay by cheque or Nochex.

To order online, click the add to cart button for each item you require.  This will take you to an external shopping basket , which is powered by Paypal.  You can view your basket at any time by clicking on the view basket button.  Once you are ready to checkout you will be taken to a secure server powered by Paypal, where you will be asked for your credit or debit card details. You do not need to be registered with Paypal to be able to pay by this method. 

Unfortunately I am no longer able to take Nochex payments using the online shopping cart software.  If you wish to place an order and pay by Nochex, please email details of your order using this form, and I will forward my Nochex details to you.

To place an order via email and pay by cheque, please use this form quoting the reference number of each item you wish to order.  I will then send an email to you confirming your order and to advise of the payment address. 

Most cards can be personalized with individual names, family names or events, i.e. Mum, Father, Aunt, Daniel, Lauren, 40th, Congratulations etc. If you require any personalization please contact me using this form before placing your order online, and I will advise if the personalization can be done.

Die Cut Shapes:

Please note that the colours may vary from those shown in the pictures.  If the description says the die cuts will be green, then you will still receive green die cuts, but they may be of a slightly different shade to those shown.

Colours:

Please be aware that the products may not be the exact colour as displayed on your monitor.  This is because every monitor shows colours differently and also colours are not always shown accurately when scanning and photographing the work.

Payment Methods:

I only accept payment by cheque, postal order, Nochex or Paypal and I only deliver within the UK.

All orders are sent 1st class in a board backed or padded envelope.

If your order contains a boxed card, please note that there is a charge of £0.50 in addition to the postage above, this is regardless of the number of boxed cards you order.

Delivery:

Orders will normally be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of your online payment, postal order or cleared payment, however if you are in a rush then please let me know in your email and I will advise whether your order can be dispatched sooner.

Returns/Shortages:

I want you to be totally happy with the quality of my goods, so if you are not entirely satisfied with your order please return the goods to me, within 7 days, for a full refund or exchange.  The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer and I recommend obtaining a certificate of postage (which is available free from the Post Office) to safeguard against it going astray in the post.

Any shortages must be advised via email within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Other Information:

All cards are sealed in a cello bag with a white envelope unless otherwise mentioned in the card description.  The card description will also state if there is a printed insert, along with the card verse.  Boxed cards, although the boxes are sturdy I would not recommend you send through the post unless they are securely wrapped in a padded envelope.  Please be assured that they will be delivered to you safely in a padded envelope.

Most cards that are out of stock can be made to order.

Privacy

When you place an order using your credit or debit card, Crafts By Kathie do not see your credit/debit card details.  Your payment is processed directly by Paypal on a secure and encrypted website.  Crafts By Kathie does not sell or give your personal details to any 3rd party.
